Adding a part
Click + New part. Only Part number is required.
Part detail
Click any row to see full info, BOM, and revision history for that part.
BOM
Add component parts with a quantity and optional reference designator. Recompute rolled cost sums material cost recursively through the whole BOM tree.
Revision approval
A new revision needs sign-off from all four departments (quality, production, materials, engineering) before it becomes the part's current revision.

🏭 Vendors

Adding a vendor
Click + New vendor. Only Name is required.
Favorites
Click the star to favorite a vendor — favorites sort to the top of the list.
Delete
Deleting a vendor requires admin access.

📊 Inventory
Stock levels by part and location, with adjustments and transfers.
Adjust
Quantity is always a delta (add/subtract), never an absolute value — enter a negative number to reduce stock.
Transfer
Move stock between two locations in one step — logs as a paired movement transaction at both ends.
Low stock
Rows below their minimum quantity show in red. Check Low stock only to filter down to just those.
Locations
Click + Location to add a new site/area/shelf before receiving stock there.
